Home Safety & Functional Assessment

Comprehensive evaluation with a written report and plan that takes into consideration your priorities and abilities to increase safety and livability in your home.

$250 – $450per assessment · report and plan included

Consulting & Advising

Licensed and certified professional input during plan implementation per Home Safety & Functional Assessment. This can include design and install projects (i.e. bathrooms, kitchens, entries, rails, accessibility upgrades, etc.) as well as input on how to improve safety and quality of life at home.

$50 – $125per hour

Downsizing & Organization

Decluttering and adaptive layout redesign to support safe movement, easier routines, and reduced overwhelm during realistic home living.

$300 – $1,500per project

Follow-Up Review & Caregiver Education

Post-plan or project installation review, caregiver training, and practical education to ensure recommendations are realistic and working in daily life.

$60 – $200per hour

  5. Follow up. We confirm fit, safety, and caregiver confidence, and plan future check-ins.
